This year there is the ability to submit tax payments online, just follow directions in the image.

Hillsboro City Hall is open to accept payments Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 7:30AM-12:00 PM. Payments can be made by cash, check, or money order at City Hall. Please feel free to call, 608-489-2521 with any questions.

 

Important USPS Postmark Information:

Please note that the USPS has changed its postmarking process as of August 2025. Postmarks are now applied at the sorting facility, not at your local post office. This means the date on your payment envelope may reflect when it reaches the sorting center, not when you drop it off. To ensure timely payment, mail early or use in person or online payment options.
